Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer product exchanges. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you wish to change your order, your initial order will be canceled and fully refunded. You will need to place a new order. Please refer to our cancellation policy below to ensure your cancellation request can be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order, we can process a full refund as long as the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, and the order will be shipped to the provided address as is. Can I return a product and get a refund?
You can return your item within 3 days from delivery date under the conditions that the product is in its original unopened packaging and the product was not used. We do not accept returns after this time due to the nature of our skincare products. This policy is in place for health, sanitation, and safety reasons. If you request a return within the 3 days from delivery, you will bear the cost of the return of your order, which is typically the same cost as that for delivery. Please note the initial order delivery fee is non-refundable.

If your order fails to be delivered after multiple attempts, it will automatically be returned to us. You will be refunded for the products only, with the delivery fee being non-refundable since the courier company charges for their service, even if delivery was unsuccessful. This process is automatic, and you will be notified once the refund is processed.
