About Us

We believe everyone is beautiful in their own skin and that each and every person has the right to feel beautiful and use beautiful ingredients to create their own personal skin care rituals.

We believe in beautiful self care rituals that make life pleasurable. Deeply moisturizing and relaxing baths. Beautifully fragrant soap. Deeply nourishing cream. Luxurious body oils.

We offer an Arabian inspired brand of skin care. Oriental ingredients blended into handcrafted products that offer you a beautifully simple yet deeply, sensuous and meaningful skin care experience.

By handcrafting with regional ingredients and communicating with our customers directly, we are able to offer beautiful, high quality skincare that is deeply Arabian and fabulously indulgent.

Our Journey

It all started in 2015

DECEMBER 2015

Our First Popup Shop

Wanting to see how well Coco Sabon products would be received, we launched our first popup at Alfaisal University SDC Carnival in December 2015. The response was AMAZING! That was the deciding factor to go full force into production and launch the brand.

Venturing Into Social Media

We stepped into Instagram in December 2015, when we started posting product pics and our popup shop prep plans. It was a new, and exciting and fun to get our social media selves rolling out there. A like, a follow, a like, two follows… It was slow but steady growth. When we hit 100 followers we were stoked! Time to move on to Facebook and Snapchat! @cocosabon

January - February 2016

Growing on Instagram Organically

We were determined to build our social media presence as organically as possible. With little cash to afford advertising and belief in the fabulous nature of our products we felt certain organic growth would serve us well. We love our customers and we commit to superior products and superb customer service. With time and dedication we hit 1000 followers – real followers, real likes and real kudos. Yes!

The Gathering!
Coco Sabon stepped forth into the world of events and participated in The Gathering in AlBujairi in Riyadh February 2016. OMG! People went crazy over Coco Sabon! We were blown away by the nonstop crowds of customers and their fabulous feedback.

Throughout 2016

We launched popup shops all over the city throughout the year, including The Gathering, Alfaisal CAS Bazaar, and a multitude of events at The Four Seasons in Kingdom Center. We had an amazing year of growth, more and more of our customers became loyal fans, and orders on Instagram started to blossom.

November 2016

In the Top 15!

Endeavor Saudi Arabia joined Oqal, the angel investor network, and Maestro Pizza, one of the largest pizza chains in the Kingdom, in supporting a new local initiative for existing business concepts. Interested entrepreneurs applied through answering a number of questions in a one-minutevideo. The judges screened and filtered 15 finalists to attend a training program presented by Endeavor. Guess who was one of the 15?

The training included:

  • Financial Literacy session by Naif Almulhim, Managing Partner of Tarkiz Capital & Endeavor Mentor
  • Social Media Marketing session by Maha Alhudaithi, Business Development Executive at Ghaliah

To help us prepare to pitch our business to the judging committee and attendees we were assigned a coach to help us refine our presentation. Our awesome coach was Khalid AlOmran – founder of Maestro Pizza.  We also did a live video recording as a presentation to publish on social media as 25% of the final scores (click here to see ours). The final ceremony of the competition took place on 23rd November at Maestro Pizza head-office where we pitched our business in front of a judging panel (50% of the score) and the audience of investors and professionals (25% of the score). The event was under the patronage of Dr. Ghassan Alsulaiman, the Governor of the Small and Medium Enterprises Authority.

Spring 2017

We continued our popup shop events around the city, while entertaining investment proposals and looking at our growth plans with more serious eyes. Lots of work ahead, one step at a time.
